Vitamin B12 And B6 Can Be Found In Some Energy Drinks

By Kim and Jeff Yeomans

I have spent a considerable amount of time reviewing the different energy drinks on the market to hopefully be able to provide an accurate determination regarding the best energy drink on the market to you and your family. I tested Monster Energy, Red Bull, Rock Star and Crave energy drinks.

The best ingredients found in a few of these energy drinks were vitamin b6 and b12 which aid in the energy affect they provide.

Energy drinks are primarily marketed to the generation X and Generation Y users, but since these products are marketed heavily people of all ages are giving them a try.

Almost all of these drinks contain caffeine but not all of them include a large amount of sugar which can cause a crash following their use.

Most of the well known brands market their product as the top energy drink, but my research indicates that most of them provide up to 5 or 6 hours of energy.

We all need sustained energy when we are working, driving and just having fun but most people do not like the energy crash that occurs with a few of the sugar filled drinks.

It is really hard to find boost energy without caffeine and it is difficult to get any sports nutrition out of many of these drinks and it best to stick with protein drinks shakes.

If you are hunting for slimming energy drinks it is best to maintain a distance from sucrose filled energy drinks.

Locals markets often display energy drinks in the wellness part of the store because they have extra vitamins in them.

A few men have told us that energy drinks have helped save their sex life, but we have yet to prove this claim.

The price for energy drinks runs between one dollar and fifty cents to three dollars per bottle but this depends upon the brand.

Energy drink powders are becoming more widely accepted because they can be combined with water quickly and they are much lighter and easier to carry. This is especially important during outdoor activities.

I have found that most of them taste great but some do have an after taste which you may want to consider.

The best Vitamin energy drink brands appear to be high in vitamin b12 and b6 but low in caffeine and sugar content.

This blend appears to provide the greatest energy interval with no sugar crash that may be present in some brands. It is best to read the ingredients on the label and look at sugar content.
